The Boston Vegan Association (BVA) is a community-based organization founded to unite local vegans and empower them to work toward ending animal exploitation by promoting veganism in the Boston area.
To this end, the BVA seeks to nurture activism, educating and inspiring local activists and "activists in training," to increase awareness and normalization of veganism in the city, and to increase adoption of the non-violent lifestyle among Boston's residents. Simultaneously, we wish to increase the vegan options available at retail, restaurant and university establishments in the area to make this transition easier, more pleasant and, thus, more successful.
