Citizens for Election Reform

Citizens for Election Reform (CER) exists for the purpose of raising the public awareness of the need for election reform.

At the present time, CER is using the DVD "Invisible Ballots: A temptation for electronic vote fraud," which has proved to be an effective tool in this campaign.  We have set up a lending library whose sole purpose is the widespread distribution of the DVD.  Uses of the DVD include:  group showings, OpEd pieces, articles, reviews, discussion sessions, anything that promotes awareness of this critical problem.
